Recently, we had the incredible honor of collaborating with BHMS (Business & Hotel Management School) Switzerland for a series of exclusive culinary workshops. We brought the world-class standards of Swiss hospitality directly to our students here in Laos, proving that the path to a global career can start with a single tray of dessert.

The Workshop: Soft Cookies & Chocolate Mastery

The energy in the kitchen was incredible! This wasn't just a cooking class; it was an introduction to Culinary Arts and Professional Bakery:

The Secret of Soft Cookies: Students learned the technical science behind textures—balancing ingredients to create that perfect melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Chocolate Artistry: Honored by Travelling Chef Roland Schilter from Switzerland to introduce us into the world capital of chocolate, and through this BHMS collaboration, our students practiced the precision required to work with premium cocoa.
Professional Standards: Beyond the recipes, students were introduced to the Swiss Way of hospitality—focusing on hygiene, presentation, and the discipline required to run a world-class kitchen.
